The Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) is a 3-year undergraduate program offered by Lovely Professional University (LPU). This program is designed to enhance students' programming skills and enable them to develop efficient and advanced software, cloud, website, and mobile applications. LPU provides both full-time and part-time programs for the BCA course through Distance Education learning mode. The Distance Education Program for BCA also spans over a duration of 3 years.
To be eligible for the BCA course at LPU, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
1. They should have completed their 10+2 qualification from a recognized board in a relevant stream (with English) or possess an equivalent qualification.
2. The candidate must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
3. Selections for the BCA course are based on merit.
The admission process for LPU BCA Admission 2024 is currently open. Admission to the BCA program at LPU will be granted based on the LPUNEST entrance examination. The last date to apply for LPUNEST 2024 Phase-I is January 15, 2024. Interested candidates can submit their applications online through the official website - admission.lpu.in. The slot booking for the online examination will commence from January 1, 2024. LPUNEST 2024 will be conducted between January 20, 2024, and February 5, 2024.
